Ecomusée du Pays des Collines

Description:

Born in 1974 as a Living Museum from the recovery of the small rural school of L a Hamaide, by local volunteers, the ecomuseum is today actively involved in sustainable development projects with the Municipalities of the area and the natural park. Rural life and local craftsmanship are told in the agricultural warehouses of the 1841s. In the meeting room, topics of interest to local producers are often presented, especially of milk, bread and various handicrafts, but also for citizens' committees fighting over environmental issues. In the Maison Louise, a short distance from the main office, you can visit a farmhouse from another era, built in 1950 by renovating an older house and which is now fully furnished, as it was in XNUMX.
