2. Make the payment of the administrative fees for the management of the evaluation/renewal practice (otherwise the evaluation process will not be able to start).
3. Sending documentation: Send the following documents to the following email address: redazione@itinerariesperienziali.it:

• • Documentation proving possession of the requirements set out in the regulation based on the type of PIE requested (Curriculum Vitae and any certificates)
  • The completed application form (download the (request form)  

Note: All data sent will be processed in accordance with EU regulation 2016/679.   Where the indications provided from point 1 to point 4 are not respected, the requests received will not be taken into consideration. 

Rights of the Secretariat for the evaluation process for issuing the International Experience License (IEL)

top-level PIE (Experiential Literacy) = 30 + VAT   (pay online)

PIE second level (Experience Specialist) = 40 + VAT  (pay online)

third-level PIE (Head of Experiences/Ecomuseum Operator) = 50 + VAT (pay online)

fourth level PIE (Experience Consultant) = 60 + VAT  (pay online)

fifth level PIE (Experiential Tourism Manager) = 70 + VAT  (pay online)

sixth level PIE (Cultural Heritage Interpreter/Equivalent Figures) = 80 + VAT  (pay online)

Seventh level PIE (Trainer of Experiences) = 90 + VAT (pay online)  

 

Three-year renewal (if provided) = 30 + VAT 

Note: Payment of administrative fees for the management of the issuance and renewal practices, cannot in any way constitute a guarantee of the issuance or renewal of the PIE (in the absence of the requirements set out in point 3 of the regulation governing the issuance of the International Experience Licence

Annual costs for granting use of the Experiential Quality Mark:

Concession for annual use of the Experiential Quality Mark (QE) = € 125 + VAT

Concession for annual use of the Experiential Quality Mark of Excellence (EQEE) = € 250 + VAT
